SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Shipments within the contiguous 48 US States: UPS GROUND
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours
If you prefer faster shipping, please select either UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air within the order form - a premium is added for this selection. Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.
Oversize, bulky, and multiple package shipments may require additional charges & are shown on invoice.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. If your order will not ship within 2 business days you will be notified via email or phone.

Cards - We accept the following major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with BAYPARKFISHING.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order. Sorry no C.O.D.'s.
Credit Credit Card Authorization Failure - We use the latest in encryption and authorization technology to handle your transaction, for your protection and ours. Please be sure to enter the billing address (the address where the credit card statement is mailed) when placing an order. If you need the merchandise shipped to a location other than your billing address, please be sure your bank has this information available. Otherwise your purchase will be denied.
SALES TAX
Bay Park Fishing Station is located in Oceanside, New York USA. We are required by law to collect a 8.625% New York State sales tax on orders delivered within New York only.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department within 10 days of receipt for a return authorization. Custom orders are exempt from return. Please no returns without an authorization. All goods being sent for return must be received back within 21 days of original receipt. Returns received after 21 days and/or without a return authorization are subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%). For non-defective items returned within 21 days in unused re-sealable condition, in their original packaging, you will be refunded or credited the entire amount less shipping charges. Undamaged, non defective items returned outside their original, sealed packaging will not be accepted for return. Custom orders will not be accepted for return. Books and videos will not be accepted for return.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, BAYPARKFISHING.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BAYPARKFISHING.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BAYPARKFISHING.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
